Working remotely on a contract basis, the O&M Digital Project Coordinator will lead the translation of operations and maintenance requirements into scalable digital solutions, drive integration efforts across enterprise systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation strategies. Key responsibilities Lead the translation of operations and maintenance requirements into scalable digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture Drive integration efforts across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to evaluate tools and support implementation strategies Required qualifications 8+ years of experience with industrial IT systems or O&M-focused environments Hands-on experience with Aras PLM is required Proven track record integrating enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, EAM, or OT platforms Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with lifecycle data or digital thread concepts is preferred
