Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites, including the deployment of the AI Assistant, Olivia Manage integration points between Paradox and Workday Recruiting to ensure real-time data synchronization Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to validate integrations and functionalities across devices and browsers Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital project management or functional consulting focused on complex web applications Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from strategy to quality control Experience with website content strategy and SEO for optimizing candidate lead generation Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working within development environments Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
