The opportunity

How you will impact Smurfit WestRock

• Support the delivery and adoption of Digital Productivity solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Agents, and related communication platforms.
• Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into practical recommendations aligned with approved Digital Productivity platforms.
• Help employees adopt digital tools and new ways of working that improve collaboration, communication, automation, and productivity.
• Deliver adoption activities with an initial focus on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents.
• Create and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date informational pages, training resources, governance guidance, success stories, and communication materials.
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and adoption interventions that improve user confidence and capability.
• Support governance, security, and compliance models through practical input, clear guidance, and alignment with platform standards.
• Provide usage analytics, adoption reporting, and performance insights to support management decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with business users, regional representatives, project managers, platform teams, training owners, and management to drive effective adoption and business outcomes.
• Contribute to consistent digital workplace practices and help maximize business value from productivity investments.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Working understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Power Platform.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholder groups.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating needs into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret adoption and usage data.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to create clear user-facing content, communications, and training materials.

Governance, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement

• Ability to support governance and compliance models.
• Experience maintaining reliable content, interpreting adoption data, and identifying opportunities to improve services and user experience.

Scope and impact

• Supports Digital Productivity platforms used across Smurfit WestRock functions, regions, and business units.
• Primary platforms include Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and related communication platforms.
• Works with business users, regional representatives, project managers, platform teams, training owners, and management.
• Accountable for supporting adoption outcomes, user enablement, content quality, governance input, training delivery, and management reporting.
• Success may be measured through adoption levels, training participation, content freshness, stakeholder satisfaction, number of use cases supported, and quality of insights provided.
