Leading the enterprise measurement and reporting strategy, the full-time remote Associate Director, Digital Product Operations - Measurement & Reporting will guide the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) to enhance product management capabilities, drive decision-making through data insights, and improve team health and product quality across the organization. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the DPOM measurement strategy, focusing on adoption, maturity, team health, and product artifact quality Oversee the creation and evolution of dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and executive readouts to inform leadership decisions Conduct assessments of product management maturity and identify gaps, providing recommendations for improvement and training Required qualifications Doctorate degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 9 years, or an Associate's degree with 12 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people or leading teams/projects Proven experience in digital product management, product analytics, or enterprise measurement Expertise in developing measurement strategies and frameworks for product teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate data and insights into actionable recommendations
