RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead product discovery and requirements gathering to assess business value, ensuring features are well-defined and delivered accurately and on time for successful go-to-market execution
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for digital initiatives across platforms
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly product design

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 4–8 years of experience in digital product management or product strategy
• Experience working for a Marketing, Media, or Publishing agency/industry
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products or platforms
• Proven experience in product discovery, requirements gathering, and value assessment
• Ability to define and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives by evaluating customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Skilled in facilitating grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, refine features, and maintain alignment with product goals
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and driving effective collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and design teams
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Bachelor's Degree
