We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead digital customer experience products from strategy through execution. You’ll help shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global digital products from concept through delivery , translating business and customer needs into impactful product strategies, and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment .
What You’ll Do
- Own product vision, roadmap & backlog
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams
- Translate customer needs into product solutions
- Define features, priorities & success metrics
- 🤝 Partner with technical, marketing & business teams
- 🚀 Drive releases and product improvements
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of experience
- 5+ years in Product Manager/Product Owner Agile roles
- Experience with digital products & customer experience
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Knowledge of IT systems, web or CRM platforms preferred
- Medical Device experience is a plus
- SAFe or diabetes experience is a plus
