Job DescriptionThe Digital Product Manager, Field & Customer Applications is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling customer- and field-facing digital tools (e.g., Radius and future applications) that drive engagement, streamline workflows, and support revenue growth. This role combines product strategy, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with business and customer needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Own the product strategy and roadmap for field and customer applications, aligning business goals and customer needsIdentify and drive opportunities for revenue generation, customer engagement, and product adoption through digital toolsLead concept development, validation, and launch of new digital capabilities, including pilots and MVPsAnalyze and improve customer and field workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and increase efficiencyPartner with sales, marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure tools support real-world use cases and commercial objectivesDefine and track product KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact)Leverage customer feedback, VOC, and behavioral data to inform product decisions and prioritizationDrive experimentation and continuous improvement, including A/B testing and iterative enhancementsEvaluate and manage third-party tools, platforms, and partnerships to enhance product capabilitiesCollaborate with UX, IT, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutionsEnsure alignment with broader DXP, data, and integration strategiesOther duties as assignedRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:KnowledgeDigital product management principles (roadmapping, lifecycle management, prioritization)B2B customer journeys, particularly contractor or field-based workflowsWeb and mobile application ecosystems and integrationsUX best practices and customer-centric designDigital analytics and performance metricsMarketing and sales processes and their connection to digital toolsSkillsStrong product thinking and prioritization skillsAbility to translate business needs into actionable product featuresExcellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementStrong communication and influence skills without direct authorityAnalytical and data-driven decision-making skillsProblem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetAbilitiesDefine and execute a product roadmap aligned to business goalsLead cross-functional teams to deliver digital product enhancementsIdentify and validate new product opportunities and use casesAnalyze data and user behavior to drive product improvementsManage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentLead through ambiguity and drive innovationEducation and Experience: Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field5-8 years of experience in digital product management or related rolesExperience working with digital platforms (web, mobile apps, or customer tools)Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teamsExperience using analytics to inform product decisionsPreferred:7-10+ years of experience in digital product or innovation rolesExperience launching or scaling customer-facing digital tools or applicationsExperience in B2B industries (construction, building materials, or similar)Experience with DXP platforms (e.g., Optimizely), CRM systems, or eCommerce toolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesWorking Conditions:This position typically operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate meetings across time zones or address critical business needs.

In-person participation may be required for team activities, meetings, or business-critical events.Periodic travel may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or company-sponsored events, with advance notice provided.
