Manager, Sourcing And ProcurementWe are seeking a Manager to help clients improve sourcing, procurement, and broader value chain performance. In this role, you will support organizations in driving efficiency, enabling digital transformation, and improving operating models across strategic sourcing and procurement. The ideal candidate brings experience delivering procurement transformation, category strategy, cost reduction, and technology-enabled solutions in complex business environments.Work you'll do As a Manager within the Sourcing and Procurement team, you will be responsible for:Leading workstreams that support sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives for client organizationsDeveloping and executing strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operating model solutionsAssessing current-state processes and identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and value creationSupporting selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies such as Coupa, Ariba, and similar platformsManaging client relationships, project teams, and deliverables across multiple phases of advisory and implementation workA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operating model transformation4+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client-facing engagementsExperience with strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, or cost reduction programs4+ years of Ivalua experienceAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
