This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a full range of digital print equipment, including Ricoh 9210, 8220 and OCE Titan 6180, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial printing environment.Essential duties and responsibilities:Run all digital imaging devices effectively, including:Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presentedLoad, unload, and clear jams on the machine to keep it operatingPlace service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of any issuesMonitor job schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlinesAccurately read and follow the specifications of a job ticketCorrectly setup and run equipment to complete jobs from start to finishPerform maintenance on equipment and place service calls when neededPerform quality control proceduresManage daily job ticket entryEffectively and professionally communicate with personnel from other departmentsMulti-task and deal effectively with competing prioritiesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentManage inventory of paper and consumablesPromote the Baesman Values: Can-do Attitude, We Before Me, Go the Extra Mile, Embrace Growth and Change, and Do the Right Thing.Other duties as assigned
