Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Digital Print/ Finisher$18.50-$20 depending on experience. Resume required with experience.1st shift 6:30am-4pm Monday- Thursday (work 36 hours paid for 40 hours).Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO.Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year.Responsibilities of Digital Print/ FinisherOperate digital printing and finishing equipment.Inspect printed products for quality and accuracy.Assemble and package finished products.Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.Keep your work area clean and organized.Follow all safety procedures and production standards.Report any safety, quality, or production issues to your supervisor.Work independently and as part of a team.Learn new equipment and processes as needed.Requirements of Digital Print/ FinisherAbility to stand for the duration of the shift.Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous experience, training or knowledge with digital print and finishing Equipment or Die cutting.Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures or calipers is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
