Our direct marketing services deliver results utilizing our in-house production, design capabilities, data and digital expertise, and fully integrated approach producing timely and cost-efficient direct mail packages for our worldwide clients.Responsibilities and ActivitiesSets up machine per individual jobRuns machine at optimal speed to meet production standardsPerforms adjustments on machine to ensure maximum productivityLoads components onto machine per job instructionsPerforms regular quality checks on all components and finished packages to ensure quality standards are metRecalibrates equipment as requiredCommunicates job status and production concerns/issues during shift transition to ensure optimal productivity for following shiftNotifies Team Lead of component quality issuesWorks with Team Lead to resolve quality concernsEnsures safety practices are followedResponsible for maintenance and organization of workflow areaCompletes appropriate reporting of production KPIsPerforms additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED.Work ExperienceSix months experience as a digital inserter operator or 2 years' experience running production equipment.Prior experience with computers and software driven mechanical systems.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to read and interpret job instructionsAbility to work with both computers and mechanical systemsComfortable working in a team environmentAbility to monitor production equipment for speed and qualityProficiency with software driven mechanical systemsAbility to perform the physical requirements of the job, including moving up to 10 pounds regularly and lifting to 45 pounds intermittentlyKnowledge of mechanical operationsKnowledge of production processesBasic knowledge of postal guidelines for sorted mail preferred
