Working both on-site and remotely, the full-time Digital Platform Metadata Specialist will manage content distribution and metadata entry for various digital platforms while ensuring accuracy and organization of files. Key responsibilities Distribute and input metadata for newly added platforms, verifying accuracy post-transfer Maintain and update files, including images, audio, video, and metadata, in anticipation of requests Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to support scheduling and program coordination Required qualifications Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35-40 WPM Experience in a relevant position is preferred Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other software Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Self-starter with the capability to take on new tasks independently
