Managing the digital banking platform roadmap, the full-time Digital Platform Engineer will execute strategic direction, administration, and enhancements of the bank's digital banking services, working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure secure and customer-centric experiences. Key responsibilities Own and manage the digital banking platform roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews while coordinating platform upgrades, testing, and releases Manage the Digital Platform Team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and execution of new initiatives and enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of previous banking experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in the commercial banking industry Experience in managing and leading support teams Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus Ability to work flexible hours
