Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day health, availability, performance, and security of digital services while driving disciplined operations and continuous improvement Lead major incident response, problem management, and operational readiness efforts across cross-functional teams Implement monitoring and observability practices, utilizing automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency Required qualifications Experience with enterprise-scale, cloud-based digital applications, preferably in Microsoft Azure Demonstrated expertise in incident management, change management, and continuous improvement practices Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability capabilities such as Datadog and Azure Monitor Understanding of SRE and ITIL practices related to service reliability and operational readiness Relevant certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Azure, SRE, or cloud operations are preferred
