Patient Recruitment CoordinatorOur global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment Coordinator to join our Patient Recruitment team. This position will specialize in digital marketing strategy, execution, and content creation for patient recruitment activities. If you want an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop meaningful content for creative materials that target a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians;Manage media campaigns and develop recruitment funnels including use of Google Ads, Meta, radio, programmatic, and other digital advertising channels;Translate complex scientific concepts into simplified and approachable content;Manage online community, influencer, and advocacy support opportunities;Develop digital tools focused on patient engagement and awareness of the study in support of online engagement efforts;Review and analyze patient recruitment advertisement vendor campaigns and results;Work with preferred video development vendors to product site and patient training and educational videos;Work closely with graphic designers to develop an effective study brand and suite of materials; andMay be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsBachelors in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or Life Sciences;Minimum of 1-3 years of SEO experience; Experience in healthcare and/or clinical research industries is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and MS Office;Knowledge of Google Analytics and online advertising;Sharp strategic and analytical thinking skills, ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and industry best practices;Excellent writing, editing, communication, organizational, presentation, and project-management skills; andAttention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
