Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute paid media campaigns across search, social, and demand-side platforms.
- Partner with campaign managers to translate high-level strategies into digital execution across ad platforms.
- Support the creative team by developing engaging assets that align with campaign messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with content teams to craft compelling ad copy for various platforms and landing pages.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and performance data.
- Present and communicate key updates, insights, and results to cross‑functional teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and new advertising innovations to enhance campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Search and LinkedIn Ads (experience in other platforms is an asset).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent time management abilities.
- Able to adapt in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing marketing environment.

Salary
This position has a salary range of $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 .
