As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their digital presence and support client acquisition initiatives. This is a highly visible, in-office role for someone who combines strong digital execution with professionalism and the ability to represent a brand in front of a sophisticated audience.What You'll DoOwn and manage the firm's digital presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn and emailDevelop and distribute thought leadership content aligned with business prioritiesSupport and execute email campaigns and client communication initiativesPromote events, partnerships, and brand initiatives to drive visibility and engagementCoordinate content efforts, including video and educational materialsSupport client acquisition efforts through digital channels and referral partner marketingCollaborate closely with leadership to ensure messaging is aligned and on-brandWhat We're Looking For3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or related rolesStrong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and content distributionExperience working with professional services, financial, or high-touch client environments is a plusExcellent communication and writing skills with a polished, professional toneHigh attention to detail and comfort working in structured, approval-driven environmentsAbility to balance execution with strategic thinkingIdeal ProfileExperience supporting brands that serve high-net-worth or professional audiencesComfortable attending events and representing a brand externallyStrong sense of ownership and accountability in a small, collaborative teamProfessional presence and confidence working closely with senior leadershipAdditional RequirementsWillingness to complete a financial markets–related certification or exam as part of onboardingMust be comfortable working fully on-site in a collaborative office environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + performance incentives Full benefits package (healthcare, retirement, etc.)
