Supporting the audience and first-party data team, the full-time hourly Digital Marketing Assistant will plan and execute email campaigns, manage social media advertising, and analyze audience data while working in a hybrid or remote capacity from specified states. Key responsibilities: Conduct research on audience behaviors and channel trends to inform marketing strategies Launch and manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation and budget monitoring Assist in planning and executing email campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent internship experience Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and interest in analytics Experience with data management tools such as Excel and CRM systems Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media advertising tools is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
