To support the Justice Bootcamps project, a team of offerors will design and launch a Digital Justice Hub (DJH) platform remotely, focusing on creating a national repository of courses and resources for investigating and prosecuting war crimes and crimes against humanity. Key responsibilities Design, configure, develop, test, and launch the Digital Justice Hub online platform Create and integrate online courses and practical resources based on PEJ-approved materials Ensure the platform is secure, user-friendly, and capable of being independently managed by a designated Ukrainian institution Required qualifications Proven experience in developing secure web-based learning or knowledge-management platforms Qualified personnel in product management, UX/UI design, full-stack development, and instructional design Demonstrated capability in producing engaging e-learning content Legal authority and operational capacity to perform services in Ukraine Ability to comply with relevant Ukrainian laws and PEJ policies
