Job Summary
The Digital Inventory Lead oversees inventory management of key components necessary to maintain Clear Channel Outdoor digital boards. This involves ensuring appropriate inventory levels, proper warehouse management, corresponding with our Structure and Design team, and coordinating efforts directly with our markets nationally.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates timing and shipment/receipt of components to/from the Digital Parts Warehouse.
- Assesses warehouse capacity vs. storage; works with Digital Operations Manager to confirm adequate space, shelving, and equipment, and maintains warehouse optimization.
- Works with suppliers to replenish packaging materials when needed.
- Provides detailed reporting to Corporate or Market Operations as requested.
- Communicates tracking number, status, and expected arrival time of all outbound shipments to markets.
- Maintains the warehouse in an organized and orderly condition.
- Works with waste management company to properly dispose/recycle components deemed not fit for use.
- Initiates and leads regular audits of on‑hand inventory and reconciles inventory system(s) as needed.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Forklift Operator Certification.
Work Experience
- Two (2) or more years related work experience in a warehousing, shipping/receiving capacity.
- One (1) or more years in lead or supervisory capacity.

- Detail oriented.
- Ability to use company and customer system(s).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
