The Digital Imaging Technician plays a critical role in ensuring productions operate efficiently, assets are captured and managed correctly, and creative teams can move confidently from production through post-production without compromise.This role sits at the intersection of technology, production, and creative execution, helping ensure every production is built on a foundation of reliability, quality, and operational excellence.How You'll CreateThe Digital Imaging Technician is responsible for managing technical production workflows, media handling, imaging integrity, and on-set technical operations across Content & Experience productions.Working closely with Directors of Photography, Producers, Editors, Photographers, Camera Operators, and Post Production teams, this role ensures assets are captured, processed, backed up, organized, and delivered according to established technical standards and production requirements.Beyond supporting individual productions, the Digital Imaging Technician contributes to the development of scalable production workflows, technology standards, and technical best practices that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across the organization.This role combines deep technical expertise with strong operational discipline and problem-solving skills, serving as a trusted technical partner throughout the production lifecycle.Technical Production OperationsLead technical workflow management across video, photography, and hybrid productionsEstablish and maintain media management standards throughout production activitiesConfigure and manage camera, monitoring, recording, and data systemsEnsure technical consistency across production environments and projectsSupport Directors of Photography and camera teams with technical setup and troubleshootingMonitor image quality, color accuracy, exposure consistency, and recording integrity throughout productionsEnsure production assets meet technical specifications and quality requirementsMedia Management & Asset IntegrityManage ingestion, verification, organization, and backup of production assetsMaintain secure and reliable media management workflowsEnsure all footage, photography, and production assets are correctly archived and documentedEstablish redundancy and backup procedures that protect asset integrityCoordinate asset handoff processes between production and post-production teamsMaintain file naming, metadata, and organizational standardsWorkflow DevelopmentDevelop and improve production-to-post-production workflowsEstablish technical standards and best practices across content productionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalabilitySupport implementation of new production technologies and systemsCollaborate with Editors and Post Production teams to optimize delivery workflowsEnsure production pipelines support evolving business and creative requirementsTechnical LeadershipAct as the primary technical resource on production sets and studio environmentsTroubleshoot equipment, workflow, and technical issues during productionProvide guidance on formats, codecs, color workflows, and media management practicesSupport training and onboarding related to production technology and workflowsPartner with Grip & Equipment, Production, and Creative teams to ensure operational readinessContribute to future planning around production technology investments and capabilitiesBring Your Vibe4-8 years experience in digital imaging, technical production, post-production workflows, broadcast operations, or related production environmentsStrong understanding of camera systems, recording formats, codecs, color management, and digital imaging workflowsExperience supporting video, photography, ecommerce, campaign, and content productionsKnowledge of media management, backup systems, storage solutions, and asset workflowsExperience working with post-production teams and editorial pipelinesStrong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and process disciplineAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced production environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPassion for technology, production, innovation, and content creationSuccess Looks LikeProduction assets are consistently secure, organized, and technically accurateProductions operate efficiently with minimal technical disruptionCamera and production teams trust technical guidance and workflow supportAsset handoffs between production and post-production are seamlessTechnical standards are maintained across all productionsWorkflow improvements drive efficiency, consistency, and scalabilityContent quality is protected through strong technical leadership and operational excellencePerks Playlist:Join an entrepreneurial, global organization where authenticity, boldness, creativity, connection, drive, and insight aren't just values—they're how we work every day.
