population, and customer loyalty is unsurpassed in the industry.Job DescriptionAs a Digital Imaging Technician, your day will be dedicated to preserving history by converting a physical document to a digital document. You will use our advanced technology and equipment to work on a variety of differently formatted and conditioned documents.Essential Duties:Prepare documents to be scannedUnfold, de-staple, remove brads or any other fastenerKeep all documents in order and sorted so the leading edge is always at the same side of the pages to be scanned.Make copies of items that cannot be scannedObtain images that will be used throughout our entire operationEnsure images are 100% usable by adjusting settings so images are clearCompetencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competenciesAttendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time as defined by Attendance PolicyQuality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Monitors own work to ensure qualityQuantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quicklySafety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properlyProblem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Works well in group problem solving situationsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
