Providing technical administration and support for digital imaging information systems, the full-time Advisory Services Analyst will engage in system development and enhancements, ensuring cohesive integration of technologies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer and support digital imaging information systems, addressing user needs and technical issues Participate in projects related to imaging information systems and technologies, ensuring effective implementation Identify and resolve complex technical problems independently, enhancing operational processes through automation Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in technical administration or support of digital imaging information systems (e.g., PACS, RIS) 2+ years of experience in clinical departmental operations within imaging disciplines (Radiology, Cardiology, etc.) 1+ years of experience troubleshooting complex technical system issues with minimal oversight 1+ years of hands-on experience in designing or implementing automated tools or software solutions
