Digital Fundraising Director

To advance human rights initiatives, the full-time salaried Digital Fundraising Director will lead the digital fundraising strategy across various channels, optimizing supporter engagement and retention while managing a team and collaborating with multiple departments in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of digital fundraising strategies to enhance donor conversion and retention Design and optimize donor lifecycle programs to increase recurring support and deepen supporter relationships Oversee digital advocacy campaigns and ensure integration with broader fundraising strategies Required qualifications BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience or MA/MS with 8 years of relevant experience Demonstrated success in growing digital fundraising revenue in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization Experience managing high-volume digital fundraising programs generating seven-figure annual revenue Proficiency with digital tools such as email marketing platforms and CRM systems 3-5 years of direct people management experience preferred
