Managing client projects remotely, the full-time salaried Digital Forensics Engagement Manager will oversee case management workflows, develop project standards, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction while collaborating with various departments. Key responsibilities Drive operational workflows for digital forensics cases, including resource assignments and evidence handling Develop and manage project and client workflow standards to optimize costs and delivery speed Communicate project expectations and deadlines to both internal and external stakeholders Required qualifications 4+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in eDiscovery and digital forensics Bachelor's degree; a Master's or JD is a plus PMP certification is a plus Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across various cases Understanding of digital forensics tools and workflows
