Digital EditorWe're seeking a Digital Editor to join Retail TouchPoints, an online publishing network for retail executives focused on optimizing the customer experience across all channels. This role will help drive timely, relevant content coverage spanning retail strategy, customer experience, ecommerce, store operations, marketing, loyalty, merchandising, and retail technology.The Digital Editor will have a proven ability to attract, engage, and grow professional audiences through digital platforms, owned channels, social media, newsletters, podcasts, special reports, and other editorial products. With experience covering retail news, you'll contribute to editorial coverage of major retail trends, industry events, and emerging technologies, translating news and market shifts into compelling content across channels.Working closely with the Editor-in-Chief, you'll execute media strategy, maintain brand voice consistency, and deliver content that informs, engages, and converts.
