Come join us!ResponsibilitiesOwnership of the country assets libraryWork in collaboration with the US Creative Team, Global e-Commerce Managers, Global Merchants to design brand-consistent homepages, EDMs, landing pages and editorial content.Collaborate with the US Social Media Manager on social media assets as required.Leverage/Design comps for new site functionality; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide.Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing various areas on sites.Special projects and initiatives as needed.Maintain model behavior that respects the background, experience and cultural differences of others, while upholding the integrity and values of the Company.Collaborate with the Copywriter and Global Merchants to request eCommerce copy.Initiate a self-development plan to ensure continual professional development.Develop strong partnerships with peers, forming professional relationships within the eCommerce, Marketing and PR teams, and other local and international partners allowing for positive influence and engagement.Develop open communication in an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.Design Point of Sale signage.Create and design invitations for PR team.Develop and create advertorial material.Develop and create media releases.Ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirements/Qualifications3+ years studio or client-side digital design experienceDesign experience working for a lifestyle retail brand would be highly desirableRelevant tertiary qualifications in graphic or digital designExtremely proficient in Adobe CC, Figma and PhotoshopA portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design skillsBasic understanding of HTML and CSS, having previously designed across a range of digital touch pointsExperience using project management tools such as AirtableAbility to set and meet aggressive deadlinesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities and tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsDeadline driven and organized with a strong work ethicAble to be resourceful, innovative and solution focusedAble to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutionsStrong project management skills and ability to work self-directedDetail oriented and able to identify and rectify errorsAble to work independently and take responsibility and ownership of projects and tasksOpen and collaborative style, responsive and open to two-way feedbackOur Culture & ValuesWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
