Digital Designer

Our retail client in the child safety equipment space is seeking a Junior-to-Mid-Level Freelance Production Designer to support their fast-moving creative team with ongoing digital and production design needs.

Location: Fort Mill, SC / Charlotte, NC area (1 day onsite/week)

Pay Range: $25-30/hr.

Hours: 8-10/week to start - could scale up and turn into a full-time opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and adapt a variety of digital, social, web, and retail creative assets
• Work within existing brand templates to produce assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channels
• Handle high-volume production work including resizing, versioning, and content or language adaptations
• Partner with the creative team to efficiently move projects and assets through the studio
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables while maintaining brand standards
• Bring a fresh perspective and current design sensibility, particularly across social content
• Support additional creative needs as the role and workload continue to grow

What We’re Looking For:

• Junior-to-mid-level design or production design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience creating and adapting digital and social assets
• Comfortable working within established templates, brand guidelines, and existing creative systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and manage multiple deliverables at once
• Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
• Video or motion design experience is a plus
