* Lead the design, development, and implementation of Data & BI products, including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
* Build, optimize, and support automated data pipelines and integration processes
* Conduct exploratory data mining and deep-dive analysis on large, complex, and ambiguous datasets
* Translate client feedback and quantitative results into actionable business recommendations
* Design and implement data quality, standardization, and data governance controls
* Develop, document, and maintain best-practice standards, data dictionaries, and SOPs
* Ensure dashboards, reporting templates, and data presentations adhere to JLL corporate brand standards
* Partner with business leaders, operations teams, and client representatives to develop analytics roadmaps
* Communicate technical concepts, data limitations, and architectural requirements to non-technical audiences
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Advisory, or highly technical consulting roles
* Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data preparation
* Expert-level experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau
* Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
* Intermediate knowledge of code-free/low-code ETL technologies such as Alteryx
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record of synthesizing complex data into compelling business stories
* Fluent English
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related quantitative field
* Foundational knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation
* Experience integrating data sources using APIs
* Understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations or Facilities Management performance metrics
* Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
