Digital Communications ManagerPosition: Digital Communications ManagerSalary: $70,000-$75,000 annuallyLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaReports to: Executive DirectorType: Full-time, exemptTravel: Some Required (in-state and occasional out-of-state)This position's schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and will require evening/weekend work over the course of the cycle.This is a bargaining unit positionPosition SummaryThe Digital Communications Manager will lead the Arizona Democratic Party's day-to-day digital presence, creating compelling video and social media content while supporting digital organizing work. This role is responsible for growing our online audience, shaping our message, and turning digital engagement into real-world action—from voter registration to volunteer recruitment.
