Accountabilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, draft, and edit content for digital channels including news stories, newsletters, emails, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand voice and communication goals
  • Design and produce digital assets using tools like Canva, and perform basic photo and video editing to enhance visual storytelling
  • Manage digital publishing workflows, including scheduling content via social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social) and supporting web updates through content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Maintain content calendars, track campaign performance, and support community engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and consistent messaging across channels
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on content effectiveness to inform future strategy

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience creating content for news, email, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tools
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
  • Basic experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Ability to perform basic photo and video editing to enhance digital storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
