This position will implement new digital experiences as well as identify opportunities and enhancements to improve current business applications. The Business Systems Analyst will work with business groups, functional areas, and users to maximize the benefits of digital experiences the organization needs.*This is not a remote role, the ideal candidate will need to be located in Wisconsin, due to this position being on-site and reporting into our Waukesha Headquarters*Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with stakeholders to define organizations business requirements in order to shape the output of customers, consumers and internal experiences and ensure they deliver the expected business benefitsImplement new digital business applications for customer and employee experiencesReview, analyze, evaluate, and document requirements of business users.Map business process flows and ensure agile stories writtenEnsure proper QA testing is documented and completed timely.Coordinate and Lead UAT testing and ensure proper management of issuesHave a focus on continuous improvement with the business, reviewing both process and system functionality.
Propose modifications and enhancements to improve functionality or address any issues that arise.Investigate problems and data discrepancies, diagnose root causes, identify problematic trends, and work on resolving them.Identify, evaluate, and document risks.Ensure assigned applications comply with relevant standards and regulations.Assist with training and hyper-care support as needed.Minimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.Work ExperienceExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners and external consultants to recommend solutionsPrior experience working with digital software implementations.Experience with gathering requirements and enforcing best practices.Prior Experience coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and QA testing.Ability to map business process flows and journey maps.Ability to analyze and organize data to resolve problems and identify risks and/or improvementsPrior experience working with integrations to ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor and NetSuiteKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.Ability to successfully engage in multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving skills and techniquesAbility to act as a liaison between development team and business stakeholdersAbility to identify opportunities and propose solutionsAbility to understand the perspective of the business and end users and apply that understanding to solution proposalsAbility to utilize IT Best Practices and IT tools related to application support, implementation, and documentationPreferred Job RequirementsCertification / LicenseBusiness Analyst Certificate or similar certificationsWork ExperienceExperience in writing stories in an agile tool such as Jira or DevOpsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and customer portal applicationsExperience with training material development and delivery of training.Experience with large Data and Integration Projects.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesKnowledge of MuleSoft or other integration toolsKnowledge of CDP – Customer Data PlatformAbility to read and provide insight to journey mapsPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
