• Monitor account activity and assist with identifying potential fraud or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Support daily banking operations and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, technical support, or customer service preferred.
