- 4+ years of market‑making experience in ETF/index/equity options
- Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, adaptive, responsible
- Coding skills are a plus
