Digital Assets Consultant
As a Digital Assets Consultant, you will support the development of our offerings and deliver consulting projects, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and working with a diverse team of experts to drive tech‑enabled transformation and create new value for clients.
Travel, as required, up to 80%.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver consulting services around digital assets for banking and capital markets clients, including operating model design, governance, risk & control frameworks, and digital asset ecosystem solutions.
• Build next‑generation analytic capabilities and support the implementation of data models, AI, and GenAI solutions in financial services.
• Manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure successful delivery across the engagement lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
- Minimum of 2 years of digital assets experience with financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets.
- Experience designing or assessing operating models (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets.
- Built next generation analytic capabilities (AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets within banking and capital markets.
- Experience selecting, implementing, or operating digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing senior client relationships.
- Successful track record of management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
- Structured problem‑solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution.
- Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges (subject to location, role, and experience):
- California: $70,350 – $205,800
- Cleveland: $59,100 – $164,600
- Colorado: $63,800 – $177,800
- District of Columbia: $68,000 – $189,300
- Illinois: $59,100 – $177,800
- Maine: $54,400 – $151,400
- Maryland: $63,800 – $177,800
- Massachusetts: $63,800 – $189,300
- Minnesota: $63,800 – $177,800
- New York: $66,300 – $205,800
- New Jersey: $68,000 – $205,800
- Virginia: $59,100 – $189,300
- Washington: $80,200 – $189,300
