Digital Account Supervisor

Managing day-to-day social media activities for a portfolio of clients, the full-time contracted Digital Account Supervisor will develop strategic campaigns, analyze content performance, and maintain strong client relationships in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee daily social media deliverables, including content calendars and paid campaigns Build and maintain relationships with clients and external agency partners Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights for future strategies Required qualifications Experience in agency, PR, digital, social media, or marketing environments Prior experience in healthcare digital marketing is preferred Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid campaign management tools Proven ability to create engaging social media content Experience mentoring junior employees in social media and digital specialties
