Dietetics Assistant Director: Lead Patient Meals & Quality

The California Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero seeks a Dietetics Assistant Director to oversee Nutrition Services, ensuring the safe preparation and provision of patient meals, nourishing nourishments, and ancillary dietetic services while maintaining compliance with Joint Commission, licensing, environmental health, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Reporting to the Dietetics Director, you will manage personnel and staffing, plan, organize, and direct department activities,
