Your Role
- Assist in guiding residents' nutritional care under the supervision of Registered Dietitians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MDs, OTs, STs, Nursing, and Nutrition Services.
- Support nutrition assessments and care plan implementations.
- Monitor and document nutritional status, including weight, wound, renal, and tube-fed residents.
- Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
- Conduct nutrition-focused physical assessments.
- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling under a Registered Dietitian's guidance.
- Lead and assist in nutrition group classes.
