Job Summary:
As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will assist with meal service,serving residents, and maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment in our dining areas.
Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
• Must have patience, tact, and enthusiasm
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on facility policies, procedures, and best practices
• Exhibit a strong commitment to resident-centered care, demonstrating empathy, kindness, and respect for the dignity of each individual
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for residents
