Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aid to join our team at The Benjamin Healthcare Center in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including food portioning, labeling, and storing
• Serve meals to residents and clean up after meals
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas
• Restock linens, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Assist with resident care by providing assistance with daily living activities and ensuring resident comfort and safety
• Follow established protocols for infection control and resident comfort
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
