Diesel/Vehicle Technician
Pay Rate Range: $42- $45 Market appropriate rate
We are seeking a skilled technician with a strong background in diesel and electrical diagnostics to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with agricultural equipment or as an OEM technician. We are open to considering entry-level candidates who have recently graduated from an Ag. Tech school or similar program.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum two-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Diesel Power Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or Technology Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of diesel engine diagnostics, including electrical and aftertreatment systems.
- Must have an electrical diagnostic background.
- Knowledge of Battery Electric Vehicle Systems.
- Proficiency with software such as Client Office and Teams.
- Experience with proprietary diagnostic tools/applications, demonstrating technical adeptness.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide product technical support to PV&V field teams, channel partners, and customers on complex product problems.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for field teams, channel partners, or customers using advanced diagnostic skills.
- Assist in gathering identified parts needed for production intent updates.
- Travel periodically to provide problem resolution or update machines with experimental or production intent parts (approx. 10-20% travel required throughout US/Canada).
