Join a family-owned business where teamwork, respect, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.Diesel Technician Duties:Diagnose, document, and repair engine, transmission, and major component fault codes using company-supplied laptops and OEM software while following proper warranty procedures.Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair on all components as well as preventative maintenance and reconditioning.Demonstrate well-developed technical and troubleshooting skills with effective problem-solving abilities.Attend OEM and dealer training online as well as in-person when required.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.Formal training in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 3-7 vehicles is preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and drivers, demonstrating teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and the DTNA Elite Support Program.Shifts Available:Monday-Friday 8A-4:30POvertime opportunities availableBenefits:Competitive compensation: $40,000 – $100,000 annuallyMonthly Bonus Opportunities and Referral ProgramPaid Vacation and HolidaysComprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance401(k) with a company-provided match after the 1st yearEmployee discounts with preferred vendorsCompany-provided uniform and laundry serviceCareer Advancement Opportunities with factory-provided intensive in-person and online training programs
