Diesel Technician / MechanicWe are offering a $5000 sign on bonus for a talented Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Louisville, KY.This position is for 2nd Shift: 11:30AM - 8PM, Monday - Friday.You will make an impact in the following ways:Complete repairs on engine products in a service shopPerform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic toolsMaintain detailed records of serviced vehiclesAdhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policiesOngoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins productsMaintain own toolsExternal Qualifications and CompetenciesIn order to be successful in this role you will need the following:Completes complex internal engine repairsUnassisted Engine overhaul experience (Preferred)Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and componentsProficient experience with engine diagnostic softwareCompensation and Benefits: Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
