Diesel TechnicianTrillium is seeking a Diesel Technician in Williamsville!This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to handle diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and documentation while working with a supportive team committed to high standards.This role offers a stable first-shift schedule, excellent benefits, and a modern, well-equipped shop environment.Responsibilities:Perform accurate troubleshooting and repair work on tractors, trailers, and related fleet equipmentDiagnose mechanical issues by inspecting, testing, and operating equipmentComplete component repairs, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance servicesHandle equipment tear-down and reassembly as part of repair processesUse manuals, diagrams, and prior experience to plan and execute repair proceduresRecord labor, parts, and service details in the repair order systemMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work areaIdentify missing tools, damaged equipment, or supply shortages and report or resolve when possibleCommunicate unsafe conditions or practices and recommend corrective stepsSupport other shop locations when staffing needs ariseTake on additional tasks as operational needs changeSchedule is 1st Shift / Monday–Friday / 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, overtime may be required during busy periods. Occasional travel may be needed based on shop demand.Pay rate is $30.74–$35.89 per hour.
