Responsibilities include:Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and scheduled services.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine performance issues using advanced diagnostic software and tools.Repair and replace components such as engines, fuel systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems.Perform DOT inspections and comprehensive vehicle safety inspections.Test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete repairs efficiently.What we're looking for:3–5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic working on heavy-duty trucks.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and software.Solid knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drive-train components.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Valid driver's license required (CDL is an asset but not required).What's in it for you!$24.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.Excellent benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, paid holidays, tool allowance, employee assistance program (EAP), certification bonus program, ongoing training & career advancement opportunities.Stable, full-time employment.Supportive team environment.Career growth and ongoing training.Modern shop with quality equipment.Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
