Job PostingWe are seeking experienced diesel mechanics for our repair facility in Fayetteville, OH, to repair semi-trucks and trailers. Technicians should have a minimum of 3 years of experience repairing heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on heavy-duty vehicles and trailers.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system diagnostics; replace and repair major internal engine components, transmission repairs, and rebuilds.Perform DOT annual inspections on medium/heavy-duty vehicles and trailers.Use computer diagnostic equipment.Conduct inspections and tests to ensure vehicles and equipment are in proper working condition.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.Qualifications:3 - 5 years of experience working as a diesel mechanicProven experience as a diesel mechanic, with a strong understanding of diesel engine systems and components.Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Compensation: $30 - $40/hourly Shift: Days, afternoons, 8-10 hours dailyAll successful candidates will be subjected to a pre-employment background check.
