Diesel TechnicianOlive Recruiting is looking for a Diesel Technician to join our client's team in Dallas, TX. This role is primarily responsible for the maintenance and servicing of customer fleet consisting of 70% gas and 30% diesel engines. Role type: Direct Hire Benefits: 2 weeks of Paid time off plus company observed holidays Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm M-FResponsibilities:Running diagnostic tests on vehicles and analyze test resultsAnalyzing diagnostic test results.Performing preventative and general maintenance on vehiclesMaintaining detailed records of serviced vehiclesAdhering to an inspection procedure checklistMaintaining a parts inventory.Ensuring the cleanliness of the shopQualifications:Valid Drivers LicenseMinimum of 2 years as an automotive mechanic, diesel experience preferredDesired ability to diagnoseAbility to work independently doing routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, filters, etc)Diagnostic experience is a plusMust have basic tool set (wrenches, sockets in metric and standard, impacts, filter wrench)
