Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and other various types of commercial vehicles.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and fleet equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and ABS systemsComplete annual/FHWA inspections on commercial vehiclesTroubleshoot lighting and electrical issues using diagnostic software and toolsAssist with trailer repairs, light fabrication, body work, and component replacementsMaintain accurate maintenance records and complete required paperworkMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment while following all EHS and DOT regulationsOther duties as assignedDo you have what it takes?High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 1 year of experience working on heavy-duty trucks or equipmentValid driver's license requiredMust provide your own toolsKnowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle maintenanceComfortable using computers and Microsoft Office products for diagnostics and documentationAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in an active industrial environmentASE certifications, brake/A/C certifications, or hydraulic system experience are a plusMust be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background checkAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishWhat's in for you?
