Target Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our remote hospitality and workforce lodging facilities. In this fast-paced, service-oriented role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, complete work orders, and support facility readiness to ensure safe, comfortable accommodations.
Working closely with operations and hospitality teams, you’ll help maintain high safety standards, respond to maintenance requests, and support large-scale projects in remote and underserved locations.
