You’ll Be:Leading the setup of dies and related equipment in a fast-paced environmentCompleting full die changeovers safely and efficiently, from last-piece to first-piecePerforming die sets, press operations, and troubleshooting stamping processesChanging over multiple part number dies as requiredOperating stamping presses after receiving proper trainingMaintaining a clean and safe work area following 5S standardsAdhering to work instructions and KanBan pull systemsImplementing job-related Quality Objectives and Quality System PoliciesEnsuring safety for yourself, teammates, and productsPre-staging dies and communicating die repair needsConducting accurate daily verification of measurement devicesThis Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Possess 3 to 5 years of die/stamping related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceThrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about safety and qualityAre detail-oriented and skilled in troubleshooting manufacturing processesWhat Happens NextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
